POLICIES

CANCELLATION:  If WE cancel a course, for any reason, you will get a full refund.  If YOU cancel at least three business days prior to the course(s), we will refund half of the course fee.  However, if YOU cancel within three business days, there is NO REFUND.  If you fail to show-up for a course, or arrive too late, there is NO REFUND.

PAYMENT: We must receive your payment in advance to hold your seat.  You have the option to pay at the door, but we cannot guarantee there will be space available.

NCREC POCKET RENEWAL CARD: You must present your real estate license pocket card or other proof of your real estate license number when you check in before class.

SPECIAL SERVICES: In accordance with ADA, if you have any disabilities which require special accommodations, please notify us immediately.
